It is called a negotiation because there are two active and willing participants. Women would rather ask men for help because they stand a higher chance of getting the help from them than from their fellow women. Even free gift that comes without expectations are given more by men to women than women to women. With women, there exists a trust deficit in matter that pertains to financial kindness. Men are easily the kinder gender.

Talking about negotiation, ask yourself why women would rather seek help from a man knowing well that he could want something in exchange, than ask a fellow woman who wouldn't want anything in exchange? Conventionally, women are often happy to offer this exchange in order to keep the tap open and continue fetching from it. The idea that it is men who always want the exchange is dead on arrival. Women also want the exchange, even with each other, but not as the party parting with the money.

When you're desperate for help and need and urgent solution, men are your best plug and you know it. Nobody cares about agenda and "gurlllll" when they need help. The question remains, why it is only men you expect and demand kindness from without wanting to do anything in return?
