@ArtElectrics You would have agreed to that exam in your contract at the time of his enrolment as entry requirements are quite clear.
What college is he doing his apprenticeship through?
@au_tom_otive Hey @au_tom_otive not sure if my original post didnโt send on this. I understand your concern around the cellular but with hidden costs has my energi done anything about the warranty issues from their previous instructions of not needing RCDโs for installers.
Random post and thought for genuine opinions based on some documents I have been reviewing.
Is a socket, one point or two points of utilisation?
Should you count a light switch as a point for certification?
How and where do you draw your reason and justification for this.
@JordeeBrompton I have to be honest this feels like deflection from my energi to avoid addressing the warranty issue from your manufacturers instructions. Is there any comments on this @JordeeBrompton
@Monty_Electrics@ChrisRuddock2 It is becoming more of a grey area but like you they are probably classed as a control item rather than a load but, what I am seeing from this and the LinkedIn post is that many are doing this differently
@ChrisRuddock2 I agree you could go down this road as far as you want and ultimately doesnโt matter.
On LinkedIn a screen shot of GN3 has been shared on page 156 and gives a bit of a steer.
@ChrisRuddock2 Itโs definitely a muddy one lol.
You test at a switch so why not count it?
I get you would t test a junction box or count it but this makes or breaks your circuit?
Always thought itโs an area that should be clearer.
