Hey @VirginAtlantic, your online chat doesn't work! I tried 4 times today to change a rewards flight, but I got disconnected for inactivity though I was just waiting for your adviser to reply. Pretty much wasted all afternoon on that!

People pay for extra leg room because they need it and all the other seats are cheaper, so are you going to refund the difference?if it's due to an aircraft change, surely other people ended up with extra leg room seats they haven't paid for so it should be an easy fix2/2

@British_Airways I have just got an email stating that due to operational reasons, the seat selection I paid for on my booking has changed. I paid for extra leg room seats because we need them and now there are none available. Is this some kind of a joke? 1/2

Hey @AerLingus, I tried to get reassurance yesterday that the extra leg room seats I paid for will be available when I get to the aiport today. Guess what, they weren't and the check in staff couldn't do anything to help like I have been reassured on the chat! Disappointing...

Hey @AerLingus, I have booked extra leg room seats for my flight to Orlando tomorrow, but when I go to check in online it tells me the seats will be allocated at random. How is this going to work? I am scarred now to check in online in case it gives me different seats

@AerLingus I have just tried but it come up with the automatic chat bot. I have already tried a chat on FB and I have been told nothing can be done until the airport tomorrow, but that doesn't seem right when I have prebooked seats

@itsbinkybee I was living here for 5.5 years when I applied and I got approved for settled within 2 weeks, so it's a bit daft they are asking for evidence from the last 10 years 🤦‍♀️they say they want to make it easy for eu citizens, but they are not! I hope all goes well and fast.
