Caitríona Begley, Rehabilitation Project Facilitator @TraumaCareIrl speaks now. If a patient is identified to have rehabilitation needs, the rehabilitation prescription (RP) is commenced within 72 hours.

This identifies ongoing rehabilitation needs and sets a treatment plan and goals with and for the patient. It facilitates referrals to relevant services. The RP follows the patient until rehabilitation services are no longer needed for the patient #MTA2023
