What the ducks got for zellweger we could have offered up. If all we do is sign Mikheyev and a goalie we are screwed.

I would re sign Murphy, Dickinson and Kapanen for sure and then see what you need after that. I would like Tippett or McMann to play rw.

@GoldenHcky @OilersNation @Menzies_4 Yeah your probably right. I wouldn’t mind bob for a year but not to sure if he would come here. I like cossa a lot but I don’t think it’s fair to him to put all that pressure on him. Maybe one of the goalies in Montreal or Buffalo. See who shakes loose.

@marten_ferguson I think you are correct he did get to pick his staff but losing gulutzan was a much bigger loss then most people expected. If their plan all along was to fire him and look for a more experienced coach then why did it take so long for this to happen?

@marten_ferguson 100% it is their job to make the team better. But how ever this got leaked looks really bad on both organizations right now. Management didn’t give Kris the right people or players for him to succeed. Yes he is a younger coach and has lots to learn but they set him up to fail imo
