After careful consideration, I want to share an important update with our community.
I will no longer be running for Nevada State Assembly in District 29.
This was not an easy decision. Serving the residents of Henderson has been, and will always be, a priority for me. However, I have chosen to pursue an active duty contract with the United States Air Force.
I believe deeply in service whether that is here at home or in uniform. At this time, I feel called to serve our country in this new capacity, and I am committed to representing the values, integrity, and strength of our Henderson community wherever I go.
I am incredibly grateful for the support, encouragement, and trust so many of you have shown me throughout this journey. While my path is changing, my commitment to making our community proud remains the same.
Thank you for standing with me.
Respectfully,
Christian Bishop
Proud to partner with The Las Vegas Chapter of the National Bar Association (LVNBA) to sponsor and send 20 students from the Black Student Union at Bob Miller Middle School in Henderson, Nevada to the HBCU Classic hosted at Allegiant Stadium on Saturday, October 25, 2025.
Time to fundraise, team! Weโre building on the momentum from our 2024 Senate campaign and rolling right into our 2026 Assembly race. Thank you for everything you do - brick by brick, we build!

The Assembly Democratic caucus is fighting to build a Nevada that works for all Nevadans. We are proud to announce more of our members who are running for reelection.
