@NJTRANSIT once again your #1150 says it departed from Suffern and never showed up to any stops. NJTransit is a scam. Get your act together. @GovSherrillNJ
@NJTRANSIT people are leaving the app bc they think they have their ticket. Then they go to my tickets to activate and it’s not there, but the charge is a pending charge on their CC.
@NJTRANSIT new app has s major glitch causing confusion. Witnessed it 4x today. When purchasing a ticket and paying by Apple Pay. Prior to the confirm screen it charges card causing a banner notification on your phone screen. One would think it’s complete but it’s not.
@NJTRANSIT_MBPJ@NJTRANSIT@GovSherrillNJ It’s not late- it’s not running. Now the #1152 is running on a local schedule which sets this train back another 15 minutes from arrival. Every day there is an issue, it’s unfortunate and embarrassing
@CapitalOne extremely disappointed in your customer service when it comes to disputes. Had a dispute open for months and all you can respond with is “you didn’t provide enough information “. I provided plenty of information and pictures to support. Also provided merchant emails
@CapitalOne restricted my card and won’t tell me why. Told me I have to wait 7-10 days for a “call back”.I use my credit card every day. This is beyond embarrassing capital one. Also have 350k miles that they won’t let me touch because my card is restricted. Need answers now!
@USPSHelp really dropping the ball in Teterboro NJ. Sent out 30 certified letters on May 13. The majority of letters are “in transit” “arriving late” with no update since May 18th. Embarrassing at this point that I can’t speak to anyone. Been to three facilities! Contact me asap!
