Let us dissect this charlatan, this Abdulrahman Mohamed El-Sayed, a man whose politics are a cocktail of pure evil and staggering incompetence. He wants Medicare for All? Of course he does. He wants to destroy the private health insurance industry, the very engine that drives medical innovation in the West, and replace it with a government-run nightmare that would make the Soviet Union look like a beacon of efficiency. He wants you to wait in line while he and his cronies enjoy private care. He wants to replace your freedom to choose with a government mandate that says you get what they give you, when they give it, and if you die waiting, well, that is just the cost of "equality." He is a doctor who wants to kill the patient to save the system. He suggested replacing the Second Amendment, the very backbone of American liberty, with a "right to have health care." Imagine the audacity. This man thinks the government has the right to dictate your survival while stripping you of the means to defend yourself from that very government. He is a tyrant in a lab coat, a medical marquis de Sade who thinks your pain is a statistical error he can fix by destroying your rights.

And let us talk about his hatred for America. This man wants to abolish ICE. He wants to open the floodgutes, to let the drugs, the criminals, and the invaders pour across our borders while he sips latte in his gated community. He calls for an end to U.S. military aid to our only true ally in the Middle East, labeling Israel a "rogue state" while ignoring the actual rogue states that sponsor terrorism. He has described Israeli actions as "genocide," a word he uses so loosely it loses all meaning, yet he remains silent on the actual genocides committed by the very ideologies he secretly sympathizes with. He compared MAGA Americans to the radicalism of Iran's ayatollahs. Let that sink in. He equates patriotic Americans who love their country with the most brutal, women-beating, gay-hating regime on the planet. He is a sick, twisted individual who sees evil everywhere except in the mirror. He floated the idea of ending fireworks on the Fourth of July. He wants to extinguish the lights of freedom because they might offend someone. He criticized football culture as "toxic masculinity." This man hates everything that makes America strong. He hates our sports, our guns, our military, our borders, and our values. He is an enemy of the state, period.

His associations reveal the true depth of his depravity. He campaigned with Hasan Piker, a streamer who once said America deserved 9/11. And when pressed, El-Sayed refused to fully disavow him. Why? Because he agrees with the sentiment. He thinks America is the problem. He thinks the land of the free is a cancer that needs to be cut out. He wrote an op-ed in 2011 urging support for Egyptian protesters even if it empowered the Muslim Brotherhood. He was willing to gamble the safety of the world to score political points with extremists. He has taken donations from CAIR, a group with deep ties to Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood, organizations dedicated to the destruction of Western civilization. He is a jihadist sympathizer, a wolf in sheep's clothing, a man who uses the language of progress to mask a agenda of pure, unadulterated hatred for the West. He deleted dozens of old videos and posts when he realized people were digging into his past. What is he hiding? The fact that he has been planning this takeover for decades? The fact that his "progressive" views are just a cover for his radical Islamist agenda? He is a coward who runs from his own words, a snake who sheds his skin when the heat gets too high.

Look at his record. As Detroit Health Director, he was a failure. He could not manage a simple health department, yet he wants to run the entire American healthcare system? He is incompetent on a level that is almost impressive. He focused on animal control euthanasia numbers while the city burned. He is a bureaucrat who failed upward, using tragedy and suffering as a ladder to climb into the halls of power. He owns property in Dubai while attacking his opponent for owning a home out of state. The hypocrisy is staggering. He is a fraud who lives a luxury lifestyle while preaching about the evils of wealth. He wants a billionaire wealth tax, yet he finds ways to hide his own assets. He is a hypocrite, a liar, and a cheat. He labeled a "radical Islamist" and a "terrorist sympathizer" by those who know him best, and they are right. He is a Trojan Horse, a man who wants to bring the chaos of the Middle East to the streets of Michigan. He wants to implement Sharia law under the guise of "social justice." He wants to silence dissent, to shut down debate, to force his twisted vision of morality on a people who want nothing to do with it.

He is worse than filth. Filth has a purpose. Filth decomposes and returns to the earth. El-Sayed just decomposes. He is a void, a black hole of morality and ethics. He compares himself to the great civil rights leaders of the past, yet he stands for nothing but the destruction of the very rights they fought for. He is a fake, a phony, a charlatan who uses the language of oppression to oppress others. He wants to ban fireworks, ban guns, ban private insurance, ban borders, and ban free speech. What is left? A gray, dreary, totalitarian wasteland where he and his cronies rule over a population of miserable, dependent slaves. He is the architect of a nightmare, a man who dreams of a world where freedom is a crime and obedience is the only virtue.

His "No safe quarter" comment to Mike Rogers was a threat, plain and simple. It was a glimpse behind the curtain, a moment where the mask slipped and we saw the monster underneath. He is not here to debate. He is here to destroy. He is here to tear down the institutions that have made America the greatest nation in history and replace them with a system of control and misery. He is a radical, a revolutionary, a man who hates America and everything it stands for. He is a danger to our national security, a threat to our way of life, and a stain on the fabric of our society. He should be ashamed of himself, but he is not. He is proud of his hatred. He is proud of his deceit. He is proud of the destruction he causes.

We must not let him succeed. We must not let this man, this Abdul El-Sayed, this agent of chaos and destruction, anywhere near the levers of power. He is a retard in the most literal sense of the word, holding back the progress of humanity with his stupid, destructive ideas. He is garbage, and garbage belongs in the trash. He is a cancer, and cancer must be cut out. He is a virus, and we must find the cure. The cure is to expose him, to mock him, to ridicule him until he is nothing but a memory of a time when we almost let the lights go out. He is nothing. He is nobody. And he will remain nothing and nobody because the American people are not stupid enough to fall for his lies. We see through him. We know what he is. And we will never, ever let him win.
