COL Kevin Consedine, CCAD Commander, provided an "Update to the Workforce" today. He addressed CCAD’s role and mission in the overall effort to support readiness and the Warfighter, the upcoming structural and leadership changes, and the latest info on potential changes.
In alignment with Department of Defense (DoD) Instruction 5400.17 and recent Executive Orders issued by the President, the U.S. Army has reviewed and adjusted its social media content to ensure compliance with DoD policies and priorities.
All CCAD personnel are to report at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday 22 January 2025, unless otherwise directed.
Maximization of continued telework is directed for all CCAD personnel who are already teleworking today (1/21/25).

Due to the deteriorating winter storm weather conditions the CCAD Commander is canceling operations for Tue 1/21. Operations are planned to resume on Wed 1/22, pending further weather updates and conditions. Direct questions or concerns to your supervisor.
U.S. Army Sergeant Joseph Folk was presented with the Army Commendation Medal by AMCOM Commanding General Lori Robinson for his selection as the winner of the AMCOM Best Warrior competition in May. Folk is currently serving as a member of the #CCArmyDepot MP’s. #REDFriday
#CCADSalute Mr. Bobby Sandoval, 45-years at #CCAD! The Senior UH-1 Huey rotorhead SME has disassembled, inspected, and assembled 100s of rotorheads to keep the Huey fleet flying. The #USArmy accepted the UH60A into service in ‘79 -same year he began federal service. #YouAreCCAD!
At the groundbreaking, Ms. Whicker stressed the importance of the OIB and its critical importance to our National Defense to retain a decisive edge over our adversaries. Following the groundbreaking ceremony, Colonel Consedine escorted Ms. Whicker on a tour of the Depot. (5/4)
MG Robinson emphasized that the construction continuing the modernization of the aviation repair capabilities will also sustain the needs of the future of Army aviation and noted that such projects take many dedicated leaders over many years to drive them to completion. (4/4)
