Recently, pupils took part in Speed Book Dating to find their winning title which will be registered for Staffordshire Libraries Young Teen Fiction (YTF) Award.
Pupils had 20 eligible books from the YTF Longlist and their winning book was Lie or Die by A.J Clack 📕
Football at Christ Church Academy is breaking stereotypes and helping girls to stay physically active 💪
In the past three years, football participation has skyrocketed, providing girls with valuable leadership skills and a huge confidence boost! 🙌
Year 6 have been taking part in 'Christmas Chromatography’.
Using the technique of splitting ink into its constituent colours, they have made beautiful Christmas cards. What a fun and creative way to blend science with art!🎨
Last week our wonderful choir attended Stafford & Royal Stoke Hospital to spread festive cheer!
They fundraised for the hospital's charities by singing Christmas carols in true Christ Church Academy style, accompanied by Mr Harrison and Mr Cannon. What a great end to the term!

Minnie headed out this morning to see what was going on behind the scenes in preparation for Stone Rocks!! If you’ve not yet bought a wristband …. it’s not too late – you can pay on the gate …. £4 adults, £2 children. We hope to see you tomorrow 12 – 4pm!!
Today is the General Election and our pupils will be learning all about it before taking part in a Mock Election. Our new Pupil Parliament Prefects are looking forward to counting the votes.

After hearing about the work of the IFAW, pupils approached us to ask if they could run a fundraising bake sale. They made lots of cakes and raised over £250 for this wonderful charity! We are so proud of them and the values that they demonstrate.

We are so proud of Lexie and the progress she has made with her dancing since September! She has recently competed in the UKA Ballroom and Latin Dance Competition at the Winter Gardens in Blackpool.
Lexie danced so well and she should be really proud of herself. Well done!
It's our third day of transition hosting Y4 pupils - today we are pleased to welcome children from Manor Hill First School, St Michaels First School and Green Lea First School! What an exciting few days we have had and can't wait for September!

We are really looking forward to welcoming Year 4 pupils to CCA this afternoon. We have children attending from All Saint's Standon, Pirehill First School, Tittensor First School, Barlaston First School and Oulton First School for their first taste of middle school life!
