Carlee Darnell has been named the new Dean of Students at East Cheatham Elementary School. Darnell comes to ECES from Ashland City Elementary STEM Academy, where she has taught fourth grade, third grade and kindergarten since 2013. #ccsdtn

Chace Taylor has been named the boys basketball coach at Harpeth High School. A 2019 HHS graduate, Taylor played for the Indians for 3 years under coaches Jeff Schertz and Robert Kreps. Since graduating from UTC in 2023, he has served as an assistant coach at HHS for 3 years.

Congrats to Cheatham Middle School students Payton Bentley and Kat Shadowens, who placed at the TMSSAA state track meet on Monday at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville! Bentley placed fifth in the 400 meter, and Shadowens placed seventh in the 800 meter. #ccsdtn
