This lovely tank passed inspection today and is finally drivable again with a new wiring harness. The only gas car in my fleet and it takes the $$$ stuff. But it's pure luxury. The DMV staff were marvelling at the insanely thick window glass. 😂

@Esther_Byrne @coldplay Good luck! I've always regretting not going up to NYC in 2014 anyway when I didn't get a ticket for the tiny GS show, it was a longshot but I should have taken it. Hope something works out for you but either way at least you tried!

I have been working on my Pink Floyd vinyl collection as in-person finds only for about 8 years, but I love the thrill of each find. You'll find GS someday! Overall great collection!

Just to clarify this isn't a knock on MX or any other recent albums. It's impressive how many directions the band can go and then swing around and try another one. I just particularly like where they went this time.

It's hard to decide an album's place so early, but Everyday Life feels like the progression from VLV I would have wished for 10 years ago. Maybe even flirting with the pedestal I have the 2000-10 stuff on. Hard to say, as it won't have the memories attached. But the sound, wow.

My local store didn't have the Coldplay CD ... they said they are getting away from CDs, and I really don't blame them, but it makes me sad. It's a tradition and kind of an "event" to buy it in person.
