Today in P1 we have read The Little Box of Feelings, and talked about how important it is to share our feelings. We really enjoyed matching colours to different emotions, discussing our favourite feelings and how to handle the feelings we donโt like.
The MET office is currently forecasting a very hot day tomorrow. Please be sensible in the heat; make sure you have a water bottle to fill at the water machines and wear suncream. Keep in the shade wherever possible and limit unecessary activity.

Children don't choose to pull down a display, run away, fight, shout back, slam doors or trash classrooms, this is a dysregulated child who is overwhelmed by their feelings and doesnโt know how to cope. When we reframe the situation, we can reframe our response
The @LindenCentreTF would like to thank all the staff involved in ensuring a fantastic residential was had by all, but a special thanks and shout out goes to @LindenCentreHT and @TLCMrRyder for all the organising, supervising, camp
Songs and fun! #bestteam#nurturedevelopempower

The vast majority of poor classroom behaviour can be โplanned outโ.
