He was late to provide evidence. The evidence was irrelevant. His arguments were based on speculation. And the entire lawsuit crumbled.

‼️Conclusion — Bubba Fish, Nancy Barba, Freddy Puza. and Yasmin-Imani McMorrin are unfit for office. ‼️Their destructive behavior wasted time, wasted tax dollars, and more importantly, drove small independent businesses out of Culver City. 🤬

The so-called “friends of the downtown bike and bus lanes” have lost their ridiculous and devoid-of-facts lawsuit against the City. 😳🙌

And I gotta say, reading the entire document is a joy, because it details in easy-to-read language from the halls of justice just how utterly empty and useless are Bubba, Barba, Puza, and McMorrin. 😡 Facts be damned, they still went ahead with this bogus and harmful lawsuit. They have aligned with Sahli-Wells, Small, Lee, Silbiger, and Fisch, all former officeholders whose destructiveness and divisiveness have had ripples of negative impact on our City. 🤬

😃It is time to return to common sense and decency and facts. 😃Empirical evidence is real. Lawsuits based on imaginary ideas from personal comments regarding bike lanes in other cities are insufficient. 🤣
