Ask yourself one question:

Did my family get the best of me—or just what was left of me?

Work can have your energy.

Responsibilities can have your attention.

Stress can occupy your mind.

And suddenly the people you work so hard FOR only get whatever is left at the end of the day.

We won’t always get the balance right.

But tonight is another opportunity.

Put the phone away.

Sit beside your wife.

Get down on the floor with your kids.

Laugh.

Talk.

Pray.

Be there.

Your family doesn’t need what’s left of you.

They need YOU. ❤️✝️

✝️ FAITH FRIDAY

Your kids shouldn’t have to wonder whether your faith is real.

Let them see it.

Let them catch you reading your Bible when nobody told you to.

Let them hear you pray for more than dinner.

Let them see you forgive someone who hurt you.

Let them watch you choose integrity when doing the wrong thing would be easier.

Let them hear you thank God when life is good.

And let them watch you trust Him when life isn’t.

Years from now, they may forget some of the things you told them about God.

But they’ll remember whether Dad actually lived like he believed them.

Give your children a faith worth following. ✝️

Teaching our children about God isn’t something we outsource for one hour on Sunday.

It happens at home.

It happens around the dinner table.

It happens in the car.

It happens when they ask hard questions.

It happens when they watch us make decisions.

It happens when they see us pray during difficult seasons.

Dad, your children don’t need a theology professor living in their house.

They need a father willing to open God’s Word, talk about Jesus, answer questions, and live his faith where they can see it.

Don’t just tell them what you believe.

Show them that it matters enough to shape the way you live.

Faith is one of the greatest things we can pass down. ✝️

SOMEDAY, “DAD!” WON’T COME FROM THE NEXT ROOM.

The bedroom down the hall will be empty.

The little shoes by the door will be gone.

The toys won’t be scattered across the floor.

You won’t be asked for one more snack.

One more story.

One more glass of water.

One more hug before bed.

And the house will finally be quiet.

Probably too quiet.

So tonight, when you’re tired and you hear…

“Dad?”

Remember:

That little voice isn’t an interruption to your life.

It’s one of the greatest parts of it.

Go see what they need. ❤️✝️

Your family shouldn’t have to compete with your phone for your attention.

That email can wait.

The notification can wait.

The score can wait.

Social media can definitely wait.

But when your child walks up and says, “Dad, look!”

Look.

When your wife starts telling you about her day…

Listen.

Because eventually the house gets quieter.

The interruptions stop.

And the people who once wanted your attention every five minutes won’t need it the same way anymore.

Give the people you love something your phone can never replace:

YOUR PRESENCE. ❤️

Time is one thing we can never give our families tomorrow.

Another meeting will come.

There will always be more work to finish.

Another notification will pop up.

Another project will need our attention.

But our children won’t stay this age.

Dad, providing for your family matters.

Working hard matters.

Responsibilities matter.

But don’t become so busy providing a good life for your family that you miss actually living it with them.

Be present.

Put the phone down.

Sit at the table.

Play with your kids.

Talk to your wife.

Pray together.

Use the time God has given you wisely—because you don’t get these days back. ❤️✝️

YOUR KIDS ARE WATCHING HOW YOU LOVE THEIR MOM. ❤️

They’re learning what marriage looks like from the two of you.

Let them see you hug her in the kitchen.

Let them hear you tell her you love her.

Let them watch you help when she’s overwhelmed.

Let them see you disagree without disrespecting each other.

Let them hear you apologize when you’re wrong.

And let them see you still laugh together.

One day your son may become a husband.

One day your daughter may become a wife.

Give them an example that teaches them love isn’t only something you say.

It’s something you choose—and keep choosing.

Love your wife well. Your children are learning from it. ✝️

And that’s how a grown man ends up guarding his French fries like they’re part of the family inheritance. 😂

Strong families aren’t families that never get frustrated with each other.

They’re families that keep choosing love when frustration shows up.

Someone will lose their patience.

Someone will say the wrong thing.

Someone will have a bad day.

Someone will need forgiveness.

That’s family.

Don’t keep score inside your home.

Apologize when you’re wrong.
Forgive when you’ve been hurt.
Give grace when someone is struggling.
And keep choosing to love each other through the imperfect days.

A strong home isn’t built by perfect people.

It’s built by people who refuse to stop loving one another. ❤️✝️

They need the guy who gets up and goes to work when he’s tired.

The guy who keeps his promises.

The guy who says “I’m sorry” when he’s wrong.

The guy who hugs Mom in the kitchen.

The guy who sits in the stands.

The guy who puts the phone down when his kid wants to talk.

The guy who prays when he doesn’t know what to do.

The guy who keeps showing up.

You won’t get every day right.

You don’t have to.

Your family doesn’t need a superhero.

They need their dad.

🇺🇸 AMERICA FIRST MONDAY

Before our children become voters, workers, leaders, husbands, wives, fathers, and mothers…

They’re somebody’s son or daughter.

That’s where citizenship begins.

Teach them to work for what they want.

Teach them to respect others.

Teach them that freedom comes with responsibility.

Teach them to help a neighbor.

Teach them to stand for what’s right—even when standing alone isn’t popular.

Teach them to love God, cherish family, and appreciate the country they’ve been blessed to call home.

If we want better leaders tomorrow, let’s raise better men and women today.

America’s future is being raised at home. 🇺🇸✝️

Every time you choose honesty when lying would be easier…

Every time you treat your wife with respect…

Every time you choose what’s right when nobody is watching…

You’re showing your children what character looks like.

They may not understand every lesson today.

But they’re watching the man teaching it.

Your children don’t just need you to TELL them how to live.

They need to WATCH you live it.

Walk in integrity. Leave them an example worth following. ✝️

Lord,

Thank You for bringing our family through another week.

Whatever we carried into this Sunday—stress, mistakes, worries, exhaustion—we place it in Your hands.

Go before us into the week ahead.

Protect our children when we cannot be beside them.

Strengthen our marriage.

Give us patience inside our home.

Help us work hard without making work more important than family.

Give us wisdom for the decisions we have to make.

And above everything else, keep our home centered on Jesus Christ.

May the way we live this week honor You.

Taking your family to church isn’t about pretending your family has everything together.

It’s about remembering Who holds everything together.

Go when you’re tired.

Go when the kids are difficult.

Go when the week has been messy.

Go when your marriage needs encouragement.

Go when life is good.

Go when life hurts.

Your children don’t need to grow up believing Christians have perfect lives.

They need to grow up knowing exactly where imperfect people go for hope.

Take your family to Jesus. ✝️

Our children are learning from us long before we realize we’re teaching them.

They watch whether Dad opens his Bible.

They notice whether Mom and Dad pray when life gets hard.

They see whether Sunday worship is a priority—or something we do only when it’s convenient.

They hear how we speak.

They watch how we forgive.

They see whether the faith we talk about is the faith we actually live.

One of the greatest things we can pass to the next generation isn’t money, possessions, or success.

It’s a faith worth continuing.

Live it in front of them. ✝️

Lord,

Thank You for the family You’ve given me.

Thank You for the laughter, the memories, the ordinary moments, and even the difficult days that help us grow.

Protect our home.

Strengthen our marriage.

Guide our children.

Give us patience when we’re tired, wisdom when we’re uncertain, and grace when we get things wrong.

Help us never become so busy chasing the next thing that we overlook the blessings already sitting beside us.

Keep our family close to one another—and even closer to You.

May our home always belong to Christ.

Your kids probably won’t remember how much the weekend cost.

They’ll remember Dad jumping in the pool.

Mom laughing until she cried.

The backyard cookout.

The road trip where everybody got lost.

Fishing with Grandpa.

Movie night on the couch.

Ice cream after dinner for absolutely no reason.

You don’t have to spend a fortune creating a childhood worth remembering.

Sometimes the best family memories are made on ordinary Saturdays with the people you love.

Go make one today. ❤️

Parenthood can be exhausting.

There are early mornings, late nights, messes, worries, expenses, attitudes, and days when your patience feels completely gone.

But in the middle of all that ordinary chaos, don’t forget what Scripture calls our children:

A heritage.
A reward.
A blessing from the Lord.

The little people who need so much from you today won’t always be little.

So enjoy them.

Teach them.
Correct them.
Laugh with them.
Pray over them.
Make memories with them.

Parenthood isn’t always easy.

But what a privilege it is to be called Mom and Dad. ❤️✝️

Hug your kids a little longer.

Thank God for the people under your roof.

Because the greatest blessings in your life probably aren’t sitting in your bank account.

They’re sitting around your dinner table.

Don’t get so busy building a life that you forget to enjoy the people you’re building it for.

✝️ FAITH FRIDAY

Your children will eventually make their own decisions.

You won’t always be there to tell them what’s right.

You won’t always know where they are.

You won’t always be able to protect them from every bad influence, bad decision, or difficult season.

That’s why we’re raising more than well-behaved kids.

We’re raising children who KNOW where to turn when Mom and Dad aren’t there.

Teach them to pray.

Teach them God’s Word.

Teach them right from wrong.

Teach them that when life gets dark, they can always find their way back to Jesus.

One day they’ll leave your hand.

Make sure you’ve taught them how to hold onto His. ✝️❤️
