I’m running for office because we need to prioritize the people of Michigan’s District 26. Tuesday, November 3rd!
Garden City, Inkster, Northern Romulus, and Westland.
Forgot to post. About two weeks or so ago my wife Cat and I did some door knocking for Mike Rogers. We MUST elect Mike Rogers this year. He is the only choice for making Michigan great again!
Elect Mike Rogers!
Make Mike Rogers our next Michigan U.S. Senator!
Make Michigan Great again!
Make district 26 great again!
Let’s get to work!
Hey everyone! My event for this Thursday is being postponed. This is the same day as Paula Gnacke’s viewing, and we should spend the time reflecting on Paula, and give love to her family!
I will update you all when the new date is chosen.
Today, we honor Memorial Day by remembering the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. They made the ultimate sacrifice in defense of our Constitution, our freedoms, and the values that define America. Because of their courage and sacrifice, we continue to enjoy the liberties we often take for granted today.
Let us take time to reflect, remember, and honor our fallen heroes.
And while we do, let us also thank our veterans — men and women who took the same oath, stood willing to make the same sacrifice, and faithfully served our nation.
Thank you.
God bless our military.
God bless our great nation!

This week is Police Week in America. Where we honor the boys/gals in blue, who show up during our worst days. They risk their lives and run toward danger whenever we call. Let’s celebrate our law enforcement this week.
Today, all over the country, and throughout Michigan, people are delivering food, thank you cards, gifts, etc. We are doing our part. We have delivered food to the Westland Police Department today, and more departments this week.
Let’s make law enforcement respected again!
Let’s make district 26 great again!
Let’s make Michigan great again!

From the local shops in Garden City to the hardworking neighborhoods of Westland, Inkster, and northern Romulus, District 26 is the heart of our community. I’m running to ensure our voices are heard in Lansing—because our families deserve a representative who understands the value of a hard day's work and a strong neighborhood. What’s your favorite thing about our district? Let’s keep building together. #District26 #MichiganStrong #ChrisDobis

Today, Romulus celebrates 56 years as a city! May 7th, 1970, Romulus was founded.
Cheers to the city with the mighty Roman name—may your next year bring empire-sized success, cake as big as a Detroit block, and airport traffic smoother than fresh-plowed Michigan snow. Keep thriving, you legendary Michigan gem!
Let’s keep Romulus great!

Today, I went to training in Lansing. It was done by the HRCC or the House Republican Campaign Committee. They know how to win. They know how to train. They know how to fund raise. Thank you to the team for your time and effort in giving us the tools to win in November!
This is how we keep the house!

Today is Election Day for many counties, cities, and townships in Michigan. 67 counties have elections today. If you don’t know if you have one, look it up, and GO VOTE!
State Senate District 35! Get your butts out to vote! Grab a neighbor, grab a family member, and get out and VOTE!

I’ve taken a couple days off from the campaign trail. One day was to watch our daughter graduate from college. Another was due to needing to take a day off and update my website, and get my door to door survey updated and ready for knocking!
I want to remind everyone, this isn’t a mid-term, it’s a final exam. November 3rd, 2026, is our FINAL EXAM. If we don’t get a Republican Governor, Secretary of State, and Attorney General, our state is finished. We fail. Benson will make things even worse than what Whitmer has done.
The governor race has a primary, and while I have no horse in that race, we MUST get Anthony Forlini and Doug Lloyd elected as well.
Fellow republicans, when it comes to our gubernatorial race, choose wisely. We need someone who’s a proven winner. Make the right choice, not the “I like him” choice!
Let’s make Michigan great again!
Let’s get to work!
When Michigan elects @tonyforlini1 for Secretary of State and @DougLloyd4ag for Attorney General ... you are going to have two of the best communicators, and most authentic, humble, servant-leader humans in the highest positions in Michigan.
If there was ever a time to be EXCITED to get involved in politics - it's now. #win2026

A few days ago, my wife and I visited the senior center in Westland, MI.
They call it the City of Westland Friendship Center.
50 years old or older can use this facility. $13 a year or $25 for a workout room badge. They have a glee club, and many other options for fun!
Resident or not, the price is the same!

On Sunday, after church, my wife Cat and I went to the Inspire Inkster Scouts Pinewood Derby! We brought a cake for the kids and watched in excitement as they raced their cars and had a blast. It was a fantastic event put on by Inspire Inkster. We need more of this in our world today!

Yesterday, my wife Cat and I went to Westland and attended the Shine a Light on Autism Acceptance Walk Event. Wow, what an event. Many autistic people shining a light, making our day that much brighter. The police were there, the firefighters were there, and many advocates were there.
I met the mayor, Kevin Coleman, the police chief, Kyle Dawley, and fire chief, Darrell Stamper. All nice guys. I will be setting up meetings with them all, over the next week. I would like to know their needs when I get to Lansing.
Let’s keep being aware of autism. Let’s make sure to give love to our autistic friends.
