This week, we had our first kids activity with the residents at Summit View. They learned about the parts of a plant and then transplanted a tomato into their painted pot. It was a beautiful day to begin the gardening season!
On Tuesday, residents at the O’Malley planted their cool season crops with Gonzaga Nursing students and Food for All! Soon, they will be enjoying kale and lettuce straight from their garden!
