@kystokes@LASchools Thousands of kids walk through highly dense neighborhoods to school bringing the virus to their caregivers. With schools closed kids would in theory be limiting that movement. Problem is the young ones who do not have anyone during working hours to care for them.
No home? You can’t stockpile food or practice social distancing, your meals are purchased, not made at home. If you want to help people on the streets or in safe parking follow the same “stay at home” guidelines, make a bagged lunch and I will get it to someone who needs it.

@rehashingverse You apply through DPSS when your GR is running out. Takes some proactive contact on the participants part, I know it’s not always easy when you’re distresss on the streets. But I have seen people get trained, get jobs and get housing like this.
