Strip away psychiatric rhetoric and mitigation regarding #ECT, and it becomes apparent that it's continued use is based on false data.

The idea of forcing electricity through the brain is consistent with interrogation or torture methods that don't belong in a humane society.

The results of #ECT are a grand mal seizure and brain damage, which can be permanent.

Today's increased current flow can also kill brain cells by generating heat. Psychiatrists however, continue to mitigate, and justify using it. It's tantamount to criminal assault.

In view of the fact brain damage is a result of electroconvulsive therapy (#ECT), those who use it on people could be committing common assault, even grievous bodily harm.

We should differentiate between real doctors who practice medicine and psychiatrists who practice torture.

"Should clearly explain" is different to "does explain."

A mental health trust is being prosecuted for safety failings after the deaths of 10 patients.

Action is being taken against North Essex Partnership Trust by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) after the patients died between 2004 and 2015.

When a person hurts or damages another they usually apologise & try to make good any damage.

When psychiatrists torture a person with #ECT & cause brain damage, they consider the person treatment-resistant or blame the person's mental troubles rather than admit criminal assault.
