Cocke County head coach Scotty Dykes found himself beneath an icy cold shower just now, as CCHS took down Daniel Boone 32-7 tonight for its first overall win AND first region win of the 2024 season!

This breaks a 14-game losing streak and does so in a big way, as Cocke County could now clinch a playoff berth with a win over Tennessee High in two weeks.

A win the entire community needed, and this team delivered.

BREAKING: After posting an 86 in the regional round in Kingsport today, Jeslyn Suwardika is headed to the state golf tournament next week at Sevierville Golf Club!

She will compete next Thursday and Friday.
