Seniors Laila Brown and Eloise Billus were part of a @CedarCliff_AD program that found itself in a rebuild last year but found its strider late in the season.
"I think toward the end of the season, we definitely figured each other out, and I think that's going to carry over."
This past weekend Cross Country had 9 qualifiers for the District 3 Championships. Seven of our runners are underclassmen. The future is bright for this group.
Congrats to Sydney Weyant (Top Female 3 Star Award Winner) and Olivia Jones (Top Female Underclassmen Award). The Lady Colts represented well at the Miss PA Basketball Awards on Saturday.

It was a tough game...their first loss of the season...and while it didn't end as we had hoped, our girls are coming home with silver medals and nothing but admiration from their fans in West Shore. Well done Lady Colts! Hold your heads high. 💙💛

And THIS is why I love sports. After falling in the state champ game, hundreds of people where here at Cedar Cliff High School to welcome the team back. The team was the first ever in school history to reach the state title game.
Things that make an AD proud:
1. An amazing group of student athletes
2. Seeing the impact a team can have on a community.
3. Watching little kids flock to their “heroes” and offer support and encouragement.
Thank you Lady Colts and the Cedar Cliff Community.
