Constellation Cold Logistics UK is proud to support the Keelby United Girls U13s Football Team by contributing to the purchase of a Circuit Machine and Heat Press.
The team began their football journey in July 2024 under the leadership of manager Paul Kavanagh, who was determined to create an environment where fair play and positive attitudes come first. Today, the squad has grown to 19 talented young players who have built a strong sense of teamwork and confidence both on and off the pitch.
We’re proud to support initiatives like this that empower young people and promote equal opportunities in sport, in line with the FA’s mission to ensure girls have the same access to football as boys.

Last week, Constellation Cold Logistics participated in The @biglogisticsdc, competing against nearly 40 companies from across the logistics sector. Whilst we didn't win the trophy on the day, we were able to score the highest on the axe throwing challenge.
The Big Logistics Diversity Challenge unites professionals from across the logistics sector to collaboratively explore ways to improve diversity in a relaxed and inclusive environment, with many leading companies taking part. The event also serves as an ideal platform for sharing best practices, networking, team building, and shaping the future of a more inclusive industry.
Congratulations to everyone who came together to participate in the challenge, our team had a fantastic day out and were proud to showcase diversity across logistics.
As the temperature outside reached 28 degrees today with even higher temperatures expected over the weekend, we sent an Ice Cream Van around our sites in Grimsby as a summer treat for our employees. ☀️🍦

On Wednesday, 4th June, in Leeds we co-hosted the third Women in Cold Chain (WiCC) event since its inception in 2023—an inspiring gathering of over 60 professionals from across the sector.
Sponsored by Constellation Cold Logistics, the day featured thought-provoking talks from industry leaders, including speakers from the Co-op, Oakland International, Tek Freight, Dawsongroup, and Star Refrigeration, alongside our very own Nikki Jacobi, Group People Director. Discussions centred on how companies are working to attract, nurture, and develop female talent within the Cold Chain industry.
We were also privileged to welcome Shireen Ali Khan from Women in Transport, who led a powerful workshop on Unconscious Bias—a vital conversation for fostering inclusivity and change.
Importantly, WiCC is an initiative that thrives with the support of allies, and we were delighted to have Kevin Ryder and Ben Price from Constellation UK join us, championing gender diversity alongside us.
The day concluded with a fantastic cocktail-making session—because fostering progress and enjoying a great networking experience go hand in hand!
A huge thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to such a meaningful day. Here’s to continuing the conversation and driving change in the Cold Chain sector!
