Given the wide variety of devices, browsers, and versions students are using, we anticipated that a small percentage of students would encounter technical difficulties, and we have a makeup window in June so students have another opportunity to test.
If students had trouble attempting to request a makeup, have them try again, copying and pasting the make-up key exactly. Requests should be submitted within 48 hours of their original testing time. A makeup exam can be requested at https://t.co/5lin7fQiCW.
