Today we had a virtual lesson from the Houses of Parliament and learnt about the House of Commons and the House of Lords. It was fascinating.

This afternoon Y4 have been sculpting faces using clay.

Today in RE we learnt about Moses and the burning bush from the Old Testament and wrote about the jobs we would like when we are older on flames. We thought about the difference it makes to a person if they believe they are ‘called’ to do a certain job by God.

Today we have started our new book in English: Arthur and the Golden Rope.

For Science Week we have had visits from professional scientists. We’ve been visited by a GP and we learnt about the skeleton and our organs. Today a Professor of Epidemiology came and we learnt about the control of infectious diseases. Thank you to our visitors and Miss Farrow.
