On the 15th October I was told I’d receive a refund within 3-7 business days.
It has now been 15 business days.
I am not getting any response to the 5 emails I have sent to customer care & the Facebook business chat I have opened.

Wasn’t able to collect my stamps though as the tills are down.
Anyway I can get my stamps at a later date?
Staff are also unable to print receipts.
@ASOS_UK maybe if your sizing wasn’t all over the place people wouldn’t have to order 2/3 sizes of the same item to see what actually fits….
Also the quality of your clothing has gone down hill in the last year or so.

I also end up having to buy clothes in 2 or 3 sizes, not just for me but my son too!
tbh I feel that the quality of asos products has gone downhill, I send most stuff back because of the crappy quality.

@asda went to my local Asda today, scanned my rewards card several times & it kept coming up with an error message.
Staff member told me it had been playing up all day but there was nothing she could do about it, so I’ve lost out on rewards.
@AsdaServiceTeam is there an issue with Asda rewards currently?
Been trying to log in since 8am to use my vouchers…. I’m not getting the OTP through to log in…..
@BarclaysUKHelp Well the problem with that is there is only 2 options to raise a complaint….. one is to call but you have just posted a status saying your lines are busy right now & the other option is to log in via the app - WHICH ISNT WORKING 🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
