🚨CONSISTENCY IS KEY

Two horrifically violent incidents in the space 24 hours treated entirely differently.

Yesterday, Evan Fitzgerland (22) seems to have entered the Fairgreen Shopping Centre, Carlow and proceeded to randomly open fire sending innocent shoppers fleeing.

Evan went outside and discharged the firearm again, self-inflicting a fatal wound.

Within two-hours, the media was awash with the term "white Irish male".

This afternoon on Dublin's Eden Quay what appears to be a group of African migrants got into a violent confrontation with an Algerian male suffering "serious" stab wounds.

To date only @DublinLive have reported on the incident at all it seems, and they have given no details as to the victim and no details relating to the suspect are public at all.

If this government is serious about stamping out minsinformation, and Gardai seek to erase notions of two-tier treatment then consistency is key.

Treat all crimes in the same manner fairly and stop resorting to identity politics to push agendas driven by NGO's.

As per this morning's tweet we are in a situation where it is being demanded of us to cite only acredited media sources, the same sources that lie, omit details and manipulate the truth consistently.

Small wonder so many folks now resort to social media and people who will sleuth the web like me.
