In the wake of the current crisis overseas, County Executive George Latimer declared Sunday, February 27 a Day of Prayer for Ukraine in Westchester County. He celebrated mass with the Ukrainian community in Yonkers at St. Michael the Archangel Ukrainian Catholic Church.
