I was wrong. It can be done.
It is not two distinct vocalizations. It is one vocal tone as a constant underlying note, and then the singer (very rare talent) can shape their throat, mouth, tongue and pharynx to isolate one of the overtones in base vocalization.

There are words for all these animals in Indigenous languages, why do we need pictures?
Oh, I remember, because Canada has two official languages and neither are indigenous.
FIrst nations include over 630 communities (bands) representing more than 50 Nations and over 50 languages. Each Nation and often individual communities have distinct spiritual practices, stories, ceremonies, and art.
If the TTC wants to showcase indigenous art that's fine. But to claim it is a way-finding system is asinine.
The proposal is after tax dollars that it can't get by claiming what it really is…funding Indigenous artists and their tribe elders.
If Canadians don't stop their governments wasting tax dollars on all such proposals and projects, Canadians have no business complaining about the cost of living in Canada.

Those police are less capable and have less self control than a gang of teenagers. They're untrained, insecure and incapable of basic crowd control. They are so afraid of the crowd that they gang up on a single person like bullies in a school yard. Each one is out to get a hit on a pedestrian just to release their tension of being so incompetent. My 85 year old mother could peacefully immobilize someone faster than it took those eight police, and she wouldn't have to swing a plastic shield like a kid with a lunch box.
