@CynicalPublius @Webtoon_art I've had the joint health of a mid-fifties construction worker since my mid 20's. I sleep 6 hours a night on a good night, and do so for weeks at a time until I end up sleeping for 12 to 14 hours. You don't need 20 years to destroy your body, just gusto and being dumb

@CynicalPublius @Webtoon_art Ignoring my injuries took its toll quickly. I wasn't supposed to deploy, but pulled myself out of physical therapy for a torn ACL to qualify. Chronic pain out the ass, borderline COPD from burn pits, high susceptibility to heat exhaustion
