So, we have recently noticed a few issues with some bank transfers on the Giant Wallet.

Some users have made payments to their Giant Wallet virtual bank accounts, and although the transactions showed successful on their banking apps, their wallets have not yet been credited with the equivalent USDT.

We currently have about 4 reported cases, and our technical team is doing everything possible to resolve them.

Considering that today is Sunday, we have already escalated the complaints to our payment gateway providers, who are also reaching out to Nombank Microfinance Bank to investigate these transactions.

We believe that by tomorrow, Monday, when normal banking operations resume, we should be able to make significant progress in resolving these issues and getting everything working perfectly again.

Mehn... these are some of the challenges that come with building a system that connects traditional banking with cryptocurrency. 😃 But we keep learning, improving and building.

Nothing to panic about. We are following up on every reported case.

Well, I understand how you feel, and I'm sorry about that. However, we simply wanted to solve a problem our own community and users were experiencing, especially newbies. So, this wasn't a deliberate attempt to target anyone's business.
