This social media craze I think is unhealthy. If you spend every day on these types of platforms I think over time we will find out that it leads to emotional distress (anxiety, sadness, false reality, depression, etc).

My suggestion is limits and all in moderation.

Was veteran of foreign wars legislator of the year, and rescued Americans in Afghanistan, Israel, and Haiti.
