@AmericanAir how is it that I can be on hold for over 2 hours, then get disconnected and no call back? I’m a platinum customer and this experience has been horrid.

@AmericanAir your website is very troublesome when booking a ticket for 2 with a travel credit. It tells me I can hold the reservation and then call to have it ticketed. There is no hold option. So now on hold for 45+ mins to speak with someone. Very frustrating! PLT customer.

@GovRonDeSantis how about borrowing a ferry or two from Staten Island to serve as the link to Sanibel until the causeway is rebuilt. A vessel that large should be able to help. Just an idea.

@sammyhagar I had my ticket purchased for The Dallas show last Saturday. Unfortunately my beautiful angel daughter with special needs came down with pneumonia and so I spent the night in ICU with her… We are still here and improving little by little each day. ❤️
