Grade 6s @CDF_TDSB with @ontariotech_u workshop Planting A Better Future. We explored about how gardening is good for our mental health, the importance of investing time into earth we live on and sustainability. Students also got to plant their own vegetables! Great experience.

As a friendly reminder, Monday, April 8 is now a Professional Activity (PA) Day for all students in the Toronto District School Board due to the upcoming solar eclipse.
Today the grade sixes @CDF_TDSB had the opportunity to extend their learning on space, with D2L’s Island Earth Presentation in the star lab. They were able to view the Milky Way, planets and the night sky! They were even lucky enough to view the night sky in Australia. Fun!
@CDF_TDSB classes participated in the Holiday Door Decorating Contest. It was great to see the different themes ranging from Kindness to Winter fun!! @tdsb@LC3_TDSB
