The Fascia Is One Connected Network

The fascia is all connected from your toes, to the top of your head. It’s a whole network. It doesn’t stop, it doesn’t cut off at joints, it’s not "separate" in this sense.

So when you’re diagnosing one area, you’ve got to wonder about the whole chain of things.

You have these connected fascia patches - slings - across the body, and it’s a great way to envision these concepts mentally as you’re physically moving.

It’s why rotational work is so important! If you’re swinging a sword, you want to imagine this whole line
across the front and the back as well - that twisting, and then you whip it back.

The whole fascial movement is about expanding and then whipping and turning. That’s where you develop a lot of your effortless power, power that’s not
muscle-bound power as such.

Nothing is in isolation in the body. You can release your leg, but realize it’s the whole system that needs to be relaxing, the whole thing that needs to be stretching.

If you’re doing a dead hang and thinking about the whole fascial sling of the arm and what it connects to: the back, the rear shoulders - if it releases there, then it can release through the shoulder and then release in your forearm as well.

The more malleable and supple you can get your foot, the better the whole chain relaxes. Because of this interconnectivity you can relax your foot through these methods and end up feeling better in your hips.

A new mosque opened in Gatlinburg, Tennessee

There are rumors by locals another much larger mosque is being built in Wears Valley, Tennessee. This is located between Pigeon Forge and Townsend

Apparently the project is being disguised as something else, but locals are saying the true purpose is to be a mosque

Full transparency, I haven’t been able to find evidence of this but we won’t really know until the project is completed if it’s being secretly done. It’s something not confirmed but definitely should be checked in on

I never thought I’d see the day where a Muslim mosque opens in Gatlinburg, Tennessee…..

I stood strong in the fire during debates and gained respect from many of the voters in the audience, because I'm not afraid of the Democrats.

MY REPUBLICAN OPPONENTS SHOWED FEAR AND WOULD NOT SHOW UP TO DEBATE THE DEMOCRATS!

The event sponsors were expecting Brent Taylor. So they took Brent's table tent sign, scratched his name off, and wrote my name on the back. I still have the actual table tent sign.

How can Brent defeat his opponent if he is afraid to face the opponent when it matters?

Is there a record of Brent ever facing off against Justin Pearson when Justin was being very disruptive in the General Assembly? Brent was there! What did he do? NOTHING. There's your answer.
