🚨 SURPRISE: DESANTIS LIED

Yesterday Ron DeSantis said he would not be meeting President Biden today in Florida because it would create "security concerns" in the area. Since then, some telling facts have come out that show DeSantis is indeed lying:

* WH and DeSantis’ team mutually agreed upon location for POTUS visit earlier this week.

* No Security or operational concerns raised at that time and since then no state or local officials have raised any.

* DeSantis team did not give any more detailed reasons for why he declined to show up and did not tell Administrator Criswell before going public.

* Live Oak was specifically chosen for POTUS visit because of lack of operational impact. Administrator Criswell said area is already on road to recovery.

The truth is, DeSantis is putting partisan politics over unity during a time of hardship for many in his state. Very telling.

Whenever the media reports something outrage-inducing, I always initially assume it’s false. Within hours or days, it usually turns out to be false.

It’s okay to not initially know if something is true. Just don’t spread it until you do know.
