We are currently rolling out a new activation system to our CFRs across Yorkshire. NMA allows us to track our volunteers and activate them quicker to emergencies in their local community. @YorksAmbulance #VolunteersWeek #NMA

Bus driver, Mark, was inspired to become a Community First Responder after he saved the life of a passenger

Whilst doing final checks on a bus, Mark noticed a passenger was not breathing, he called 999 and began CPR
