These policies get renamed/rebranded by every party but they already exist in affordable housing funding for RSLs. Yet red tape in with planning & building regs reform eats into the time & money to deliver anything of social value to cut waitlists

@carolvorders Why denounce EU rules as stopping housebuilding? What about all the planning department delays because there aren't enough planning officers that work a full week anymore and ever changing goalposts of building control. Then housing associations not bothering to develop anymore

@sineadlatham_ I lived in a 1 parent household, during times when there was no central heating, single glazing & coal fires. We made the best of it but it wasn't even close to rose tinted view being banded about by the 'put a jumper on' brigade. It's brutal so I don't want to do it again EVER!

@nxwestmidlands Would have been nice for the buses before this to actually turn up then. Walking past 3 bus stops with a broken ankle to get a bus to my kids school was not great for my recovery. Thanks for that
