@JoshMatlow@morbital There are so many bigger problems in the world to fight. Why this? It has never crossed my mind to ever bring a refillable water bottle into any stadium and I don’t think I have ever seen anyone with one. This is not a problem.
@mitchjwilliams@GarethWheeler I believe Axel mentioned that in their current lease, any displays for corporate sponsors can only be up on game days and then has to be removed. That might be why they don’t get much corporate support.
@morbital@nationalpost I suppose that is more proof that news media in Canada is more interested in “clicks” than actual reporting. With record debt levels every year, far more questions should be asked.
@morbital@nationalpost The article seemed to be focused on travel. A pittance compared to the SDTC slush fund scandal which people seem to have forgotten about.

@DonnieandDhali@SimonFudge74 I hate to say it but I agree with Victor on this. In all World Cups, Fifa takes over the stadiums. Why did the BC Sports Hall of Fame think that they would be excluded?
@6o4boi Larin has always been a streaky player. It just seems like he is on a bit of a hot streak right now and should be capable of producing. Tough to gauge anything from the Uzbekistan friendly.
@6o4boi Larin is in form right now having played a lot at Southampton averaging close to 1 goal/90 minutes in big games. Tani & Promise just haven’t played much over the last few months.
@BenSteiner00 Difficult to gauge though. Locked in starters just don’t want to get hurt. Bombito and Jones were just trying to get their timing back without risking reinjury
