idk what's happening but this is the third exchange i had money in having an issue FIRST @BitMartExchange which i still have 5,800 in, then @coinexcom but they paid and now @bitget but goods news is they already made a payment plan while bitmart is rubbing us blind
@sheldonbitmart@BitMartExchange please treat this as an URGENT withdrawal case.
My $1,511 USDT withdrawal has been stuck on BitMart since September 15, 2026 at 10:28:44.
The transaction was created, but it has not been processed or completed, and the funds have not returned to my account.
I have contacted support repeatedly, yet I’m only receiving automated responses without an actual resolution.
I was also unaware of the wind-down announcement at the time because I was away from social media following a robbery, and I did not receive the notification email I understand was sent to users.
I’m posting the screenshots and my support correspondence publicly because this needs proper attention.
@BitMartExchange, please escalate my case, process the withdrawal, and release my $1,511 USDT without further delay.
🙏
Sheldon, look at what you are driving people to.
People have lost their life savings. We are already seeing messages from victims saying they no longer want to live. There have also been reports of suicides among affected users in India.
Meanwhile, on-chain investigators are tracing millions of dollars moved from wallets linked to BitMart before withdrawals were frozen.
You claim there is no money. Then explain where it went.
And this does not concern only you. The companies, advisers, and intermediaries now helping you with restructuring or bankruptcy should understand that if any of them are found to have participated in concealing or laundering assets, or colluded to move funds beyond the reach of users and creditors, their role should also be investigated and their liability determined in court.
Every transaction leaves a trail. Where is our money?

Hello @sheldonbitmart,
Since you want the BitMart restructuring to become an industry CASE STUDY, I’ve decided to take up a PhD on it.
No university. No grades. No GPA. Just months of research, hundreds of affected users, withdrawal records, on-chain data, public statements, timelines and legal documents.
Will be soon sending out to you a Questionnaire to collect your statement and data for the PHD Thesis.
BTW those so called professional auditors Alvarez & Marsal @alvarezandmarsal haven’t even responded to my email. I am not sure we can include such an unfrofessional firm for my thesis research. Can someone tag their right Twitter handle because I don’t want to even waste time dealing with such unprofessionals.

🚨 NEW ON-CHAIN FINDINGS ABOUT BITMART — WHERE IS OUR MONEY?
While BitMart users are still unable to withdraw their own funds, on-chain investigators continue tracing large transfers from wallets attributed to BitMart that took place before withdrawals were effectively shut down.
According to the published on-chain analysis:
~31.51M USDT on BSC
Destination address:
0x86dbf9ca4e14709668880f2a25590fc9d700370f
The analysis reportedly counted only transfers of $100,000 or more between April and July 2026.
~41.9M USDT on Ethereum
Sender:
0x2982bB64bcd07Ac3315C32Cb2BB7e5E8a2De7d67
Destination:
0x86dbf9ca4e14709668880f2a25590fc9d700370f
That is approximately $73.41 MILLION USDT across BSC and Ethereum alone.
Another ~14.2M USDT reportedly moved through TRC20:
TQsZjoDzJqZgnpmBKNqJaYWGWjs4ZkpnX
According to the published analysis, this address recorded 66 transactions totaling approximately 14.2M USDT between April 2 and July 24.
Investigators also say that SOL, AVAX, ARB and other networks are still being analyzed.
And after all of this, Sheldon says there is no money?
On-chain investigators are reporting tens of millions of USDT transferred from wallets attributed to BitMart before withdrawals were effectively shut down.
Meanwhile, BitMart users cannot access their own money. People cannot withdraw even $1.
So where did these tens of millions go?
Who controlled the destination accounts and addresses? Why were such enormous amounts being transferred shortly before users lost access to their funds?
In my view, what is happening looks less and less like a simple “delay” or technical issue. It looks like assets continue to be moved through different wallets, companies and structures while users remain locked out and unable to withdraw their own money.
If these funds belong to customers, an even more serious question needs to be answered: why are they being moved instead of returned to their owners? And will there be anything left to recover by the time users are finally able to enforce their claims?
If these transfers were legitimate asset consolidation, then @BitMartExchange and @sheldonbitmart should publish the complete wallet list, transaction history, all related entities, customer liabilities, and independently verified Proof of Reserves.
If everything is legitimate and the money has not disappeared, prove it on-chain.
We don't need another announcement about a future announcement. We don't need another form.
Show the money. Show the wallets. Show the related companies. Show the liabilities. Explain the transfers.
Almost two months later, people still cannot access their own funds.
Until BitMart provides a transparent and independently verifiable explanation for these transfers, one question remains:
WHERE IS OUR MONEY, SHELDON?

🚨 BITMART: RESTRUCTURING OR ANOTHER SCAM?
On August 21, BitMart announced it's exploring a restructuring plan instead of a full shutdown.
They hired White & Case as restructuring counsel. Next update by September 9.
Sounds like hope? Don't rush.
While BitMart talks about "phased resumption" and "distributions to creditors", founder Sheldon Xia is calling victims liars and threatening police action.
---
1️⃣ Restructuring ≠ User Payouts
BitMart hasn't canceled the shutdown. Trading still ends August 26 at 01:00 UTC, withdrawals until 05:00 UTC.
They mention "distributions to creditors" — but who are these creditors? Users? Or large holders and market makers? No answer.
2️⃣ Founder sues... his own employees
On August 17, BitMart's Chinese X account demanded Sheldon Xia disclose assets and a repayment plan, stating users can't withdraw and employees haven't been paid.
Xia called it all "fabricated rumors" and promised to file a police report and send a legal letter to X.
The founder is suing his own official account — the circus continues.
3️⃣ Withdrawals are effectively blocked
As of August 22, 61% of all crypto withdrawals are already blocked. Users report their withdrawal requests are instantly rejected.
Large holder BeardStaff still can't withdraw $10.1 million.
4️⃣ BitMart was NEVER registered in the Cayman Islands
CIMA officially stated that BitMart, GBM Global Inc., Bachi Tech Ltd., and related entities have never been registered, licensed, or regulated in the Cayman Islands.
5️⃣ BMX token down 90% from its peak
As of August 23, BMX trades at ~**21M market cap — nearly 90% below its 2024 record high.
---
📌 THE KEY QUESTION
BitMart talks about restructuring, but:
· Withdrawals are still blocked
· 61% of assets are already unavailable for withdrawal
· The founder denies everything and threatens police action
· Regulator CIMA confirmed BitMart was never licensed
This isn't a rescue plan. It's a delay tactic.
