She/her/hers. Got a bachelor of music I’m putting to good use by working at an animal shelter. Mostly I just love stories, in all their various forms. 💖💜💙
For anyone who might find them useful, here’s a link my mental health nurse gave me to some free workbooks that are very good: https://t.co/K7PJDmCLco #MentalHealthAwareness

What I always hear: “We can’t afford to pay our workers $15 an hour.”
What I never hear: “We can’t afford to pay our CEO millions of dollars a year.”
Funny how that works, huh?
I am raising money for Bu’s emergency Medical Expenses. If you're able to donate at all we truly appreciate it. The plan is to have streams for her on Alfredo’s & my channel to keep trying to raise towards the goal.
Thank you for supporting her recovery.🩷

Bombing aid centers, UN facilities, launching missiles at tents, destroying hospitals-none of this is normal in war. And if it is allowed to become normalized, it will eventually impact not just Gaza but everyone, everywhere.
The ICJ order on its own is not operative - it is a tool for us to use. It is further arsenal, atop the mountains of evidence provided by Palestinians in Gaza, that Israel’s operation is conducted for the purpose of destroying the Palestinian people in whole or in part.
#Gaza
Just a few minutes after the ICJ ordered the criminal Israeli army to halt its Rafah offensive, now more and more air strikes on houses in the middle of Rafah.
What needs to be ordered is a permanent ceasefire and an end to the siege and occupation.
⚖️@CIJ_ICJ orders that "Israel must immediately halt its military offensive and any other action in the Rafah governorate which may inflict on the Palestinian group in Gaza conditions of life that could bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part."
super vulnerable for me to write this but it's been really disheartening and demotivating to have not gotten into any film festival yet... We've submitted to over 40 festivals, had to turn one down because of the politics for "premiere status" in film festivals, spent about $2000+ just for a chance to have it accepted and haven't been able to update the kickstarter with any positive news and waiting for festival answers.
Either way, i'm trying to stay positive and i've decided i'm officially going to make this movie public.
The reality is that if I put this movie out publicly on youtube, I have little to no chance to do anymore festival runs but honestly, who cares and fuck it.
This story deserves to be told and we as directors deserve the chance to show our talent for others to see and the reality is that the same people who would see it in the festival, would also see it on here so I guess all this to say:
Je t'aime, Julie will be having a premiere very VERY soon. First for our kickstarter supporters, then to everyone who's supported me online xx
Will keep you all updated soon on dates!
This is an enormous loss. Steven was a brilliant writer whose ASOIAF essays were an endless source of inspiration; there's no NotACast without him. But more importantly, he was a kind man, a fierce advocate for the causes he believed in, and a good friend. I'm going to miss him.
🚨Stop Scrolling!
Let's pause & reflect a minute about what this shocking picture of @GretaThunberg 's arrest tells us about the current state of #climate politics.
A short 🧵on some key lessons we can take from this image
Remember when Israel bombed the first hospital in Gaza and the world wouldn't believe it and Israel blamed a misfired rocket from Hamas. Israel has now destroyed all hospitals in Gaza.
🚨Hostages are having their legs amputated from being zip-tied by all 4 limbs for months; they're being forced to defecate in diapers & fed through straws.
Those are Gazan hostages at Israel's Sde Teiman "concentration camp", so you won't see one word about it in Western media🧵
@Haggis_UK Netanyahu's claim that the attack was unintentional simply doesn't stand up. The WCK were working with the IDF, coordinating their movements with the IDF, and were travelling in clearly marked vehicles. Whatever the reasons for this strike, it was intentional.
