The Council for Exceptional Children is dedicated to enhance educational outcomes and improve the quality of life for individuals with exceptionalities.
On May 9, 2024, the Council for Exceptional Children, Chapter 125, held its highly anticipated Annual Spring Banquet, celebrating the remarkable achievements of students with exceptionalities and recognizing educators who go above and beyond in their dedication to working with these students.
The banquet, attended by numerous students, staff, and family members, was a testament to the inclusive and supportive community fostered within the Greater Essex County District School Board while partnering with the local chapter of the Council for Exceptional Children. Students with diverse abilities were honored for their resilience, progress, and contributions to the school community, showcasing the importance of recognizing and valuing every individual's unique strengths.
