@seanNZ23 Oof, 2 and 3 have been big areas of growth for me.
One thing that's helped me is remembering that everyone has their own struggles, despite what their outward presentation conveys.
@DCA_Author So true. Everyone is on their own journey, and sometimes the paths go in different directions.

@melanybrita I agree, I think this practice is useful for everyone.
The children I work with are usually excited to share their feelings and talk about them. There is a bit of a learning curve, but it usually is pretty quick. Some may not want to share in the moment, and that’s okay too 😊

I definitely agree with a little bit of caffeine, sometimes that’s all it takes to knock it out.
@melanybrita Ouch! I’m glad your recent one was on the shorter side, the multi-day ones are no fun at all.
And I’m a big fan of ice packs, I have various shapes/sizes for different problems!
