#PSW and Board of Revenue, #Sindh (BoRS) have signed a Service Level Agreement (SLA) by @naveedabbasmem1, Chief Domain Officer PSW, and Nazir Ahmed Qureshi, Member RS&EP Board of Revenue Sindh, to formalize the digital collection of Sindh Stamp Duty on cross-border trade declarations through the PSW platform.

The new arrangement introduces a dedicated interface for BoRS, enabling real-time monitoring of stamp duty collections and efficient daily and monthly reconciliation against government receipts. This strengthens transparency, visibility, and traceability in the collection process while enhancing revenue management efficiency.

PSW was honored at the inaugural 𝗧𝗔𝗙-𝗔𝗕𝗟 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 2026, receiving the Data Innovation of the Year Award for transforming cross-border trade through its integrated digital platform. @CEOPSW was also recognized with the Adaptive Leadership of the Year Award for his leadership in driving innovation and implementing Pakistan's Single Window platform.

Khizer is PSW’s AI-powered chatbot that helps users understand and use Pakistan’s digital trade system more easily. It supports both new and experienced traders by answering questions instantly, explaining procedures, and providing quick access to regulatory information.

Khizer is available on the PSW platform and the Trade Information Portal (TIPP). It reduces the need for traditional customer support, saves time, and improves user confidence and efficiency. Through Khizer, PSW is making cross-border trade in Pakistan simpler, faster, more accessible, and more transparent.

#PSW and @LifeAtLUMS have signed an MoU to advance capacity building, executive education, and applied research across Pakistan’s trade facilitation ecosystem. Under this partnership, both institutions will collaborate to support capacity-building initiatives under the @FBRSpokesperson's Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) Program for Probationary Assistant Collectors of Customs. The collaboration will focus on enhancing professional competencies in cross-border trade, digital trade facilitation, logistics, and data governance through jointly designed executive education programmes, technical trainings, and research initiatives.

#PSW and @NationalTariff have signed an 'Agreement for Automation and Digitization', marking an important step toward modernizing #Pakistan’s trade and tariff ecosystem in line with the Prime Minister’s vision for a more responsive, data-driven, and digitally enabled public sector. The agreement was signed by Aftab Haider, CEO PSW, and Dr. Jawwad Uwais Agha, Chairman NTC, in the presence of Federal Minister for Commerce Jam Kamal Khan, who appreciated the ongoing efforts toward strengthening institutional efficiency and accelerating digital transformation across Pakistan’s trade-related organizations.

Through this collaboration, NTC’s critical tariff functions will be integrated into the PSW digital landscape, enabling greater use of real-time trade data, streamlining tariff and trade policy processes, and enhancing the administration of trade remedial measures.

#PSW hosted an #SMElevate session in Gujranwala to mark the launch of https://t.co/5Sj15yxbwT’s local operations, engaging over 100 SMEs, exporters, and women entrepreneurs alongside Alibaba leadership and the @thegcciofficial . Representing PSW, Mr. Faisal Butt highlighted the organization’s mission of trade facilitation and digital transformation, emphasizing PSW’s role in digitalizing Pakistan’s cross-border trade ecosystem. He noted that while digital marketplaces, online payments, logistics networks, trade data, and customs processes already exist, the real value lies in integrating these elements into a seamless trade experience to reduce time and cost of doing business for exporters.

PSW continues to advance Pakistan’s digital trade transformation through international collaboration and innovative technology driven reforms.

During the @WCO_OMD 27𝘁𝗵 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 held in Hong Kong, Pakistan signed an MoU to join the pilot run of the 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗔𝗣 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁, hosted by Hong Kong China Customs. With this milestone, Pakistan became the first country among 35 𝗪𝗖𝗢 𝗔𝘀𝗶𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 to volunteer for the implementation of this innovative initiative. The MOU was signed by PSW's Chief Domain Officer, @naveedabbasmem1 , on behalf of Pakistan Customs and the Member Customs (Operations), Mr. Syed Shakeel Shah.

The ValidAP project will enable cross-border validation of regulatory compliance certificates, strengthen trust in trade documentation, and support faster verification of export-related documents. Through initiatives like this, PSW is helping position Pakistan as a forward-looking trade economy by improving regulatory connectivity, reducing documentation barriers, and enhancing export competitiveness, while reinforcing its role as a key enabler of a modern, connected, and internationally aligned trade ecosystem that supports Pakistan’s economic growth and global trade integration.
