Fix your:
- offer
- angles
- funnel flow
- retention engine
- creative velocity
And suddenly the ads “magically” work.
Most ecom brands get stuck at $100k–$300k/month for 2 reasons (and how to break through):
Reason #1: Zero real tracking.
(No data = no scale)
Most of you hit $10k–$20k days by “feeling it out.”
“This ad feels good.”
“I think we need more creatives.”
“Maybe our landing page is off.”
That works at $30k/month.
At $200k+/month, “gut feel” gets expensive fast.
The brands scaling past $100k days aren’t guessing.

For creatives, that means tracking things like:
•Output volume (how many new ads shipped this week?)
•Hit rate (what % turn into winners?)
•Execution speed (how fast can the team produce?)
•Revision cycles (skill issue or unclear direction?)
When you have actual data, the problems become obvious:
High hit rate + low volume? → You need more hands.
Low hit rate + high volume? → Quality problem.
Tons of revisions? → Your briefs suck or your team is undertrained.

Stop running a “vibes-based business.”

•What awareness stage did it target?

And scaling becomes predictable instead of accidental.
You’re stuck because you have something that works…
But you can’t explain why it works.
So you can’t repeat it.
