I discovered it when I started onboarding users, only 4 out of 10 users agree to hear about my app and only 2 out of the 4 normally make good use of the app, while the other 2 only registered.
This is my first experience running a startup.

Learning shit fast made simple:
1) Do it 100 times
2) Look at top 10% outcomes
3) Compare differences between top 10% and bottom 90%
4) Incorporate those changes for next 100 repetitions
5) Repeat 1-4 until people call you a "natural"
