The petitions have been submitted to county clerks across California for signature verification to determine whether the CEO Act qualifies for the November 2026 ballot.

If we fall short, we will return in January 2027 and continue the effort. This is too important for the children of California to stop.

The CEO Act petitions are being submitted to County Clerks today, with additional filings scheduled for Monday.

Now we wait—hoping enough valid signatures are confirmed to secure a place on the November ballot.
