Too many kids are being left behind.
That’s not acceptable.
If a system isn’t working for students, we have a responsibility to change it.
Every child deserves an education that prepares them for success — not excuses. Our kids can’t wait.
The petitions have been submitted to county clerks across California for signature verification to determine whether the CEO Act qualifies for the November 2026 ballot.
If we fall short, we will return in January 2027 and continue the effort. This is too important for the children of California to stop.
A sincere thank you for everything you’ve done.
The CEO Act petitions are being submitted to County Clerks today, with additional filings scheduled for Monday.
Now we wait—hoping enough valid signatures are confirmed to secure a place on the November ballot.

Low-income families are overjoyed by the prospect of $17,000 per child for education, seeing it as a path to competitive schooling for their kids. This initiative deeply resonates with parents eager to provide the best opportunities. #Education#Opportunity
