Yesterday, I posted a screenshot from the Ismail Commission report and noticed that many were arguing MK Stalin was not arrested under MISA and he was merely a witness.

Here are a few more pages from the report. Clearly says 46 affidavits from MISA detainees and Chittibabu’s widow spoke to the Commission. Two other affidavits were from MR Radha and M Kumar who didn’t agree there was torture.
