CEPSA was proudly represented by all 8 member countries at the 28th IPSA World Congress (12–16 July 2025, Seoul). Members organised panels & highlighted key political and social trends in the CEE region.

CEPSA AND IPSA SIGNED MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
We are pleased to announce that CEPSA and IPSA have signed a MoU to strengthen academic cooperation. The agreement was signed on 14 July at the 2025 IPSA World Congress in Seoul, following a meeting with IPSA and CEPSA leadership.
