Three things that mattered this week:
1. Q3 returns: bitcoin:native +42.71%, ethereum:native +70.8% after two straight losses. One quarter erased most of what two took.
2. Core PCE: 3% vs 3.3% expected. October rate hike odds dropped from 70% to 26% in seven days.
3. Citi's new BTC target: $113,000. They opened 2026 at $143,000 and cut twice. Forecasts follow price.
