Newly released police bodycam footage from just after the death of Henry Nowak, between an officer and murderer Digwa.

Digwa says: “But I’ve been racially attacked.” The officer replies: “I know, mate, I know,” and adds: “I’m not saying you’ve done anything, mate.”

They didn’t even handcuff him, even after they knew Nowak had been stabbed.
